Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange - provided the bag is:
● Unused
● In its original packaging
● In resaleable condition
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Exchanges
Looking for a different colour?
We’re happy to offer an exchange, subject to stock availability. Reach out to us within 14 days and we’ll guide you through the process
Faulty or Damaged Items
We thoroughly check every MAE SOLLE bag before it leaves our hands, but if something isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at hello@maesolle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
- Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange.
Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.
